Polycom VVX – Auto Provisioning your phone
Our “Device Provisioning” platform enables you to provision any Polycom phone from the VVX family. If you have purchased a handset with our provisioning URI installed go to Step 4 below.

Our Auto Provisioning not only quarters the time it takes to configure supported handsets, but just as importantly we’ve optimised the templates for our network. You should only need to manually configure IP SoundPoints with firmware versions older than version 3.3.
Power Cycle Desk Phones (Reboot/Restart)
This will go through how to power cycle a desk phone. This is just switching the device off and back on again and no settings are changed doing this.
This is not a factory reset which clears the phone of settings and lines being activated.
