How to Create a New User

What are Users?

A user is an entity that can sign in to the portal and perform actions. They may make changes to the number settings, upload media, view calling history, etc.

You can give permission for users to log in with their own email addresses.

Adding Users

  1. Log in to your account
  2. From the Profile tab, click Contact details
  3. Click Create new user on the right-hand side of the screen
  4. Fill out the necessary information and click Add User
  5. Click Save
